Campaign Story
My name is Melodie Foster and my husband Ryan and I are looking to start a family. Ryan has Cystic Fibrosis (CF) and was diagnosed at the age of 3 years old. For those of you unfamiliar with the disease, CF is an inherited life-threatening disorder that damages the lungs, digestive system, and other organs like the reproductive organs.
We are high school sweethearts, best friends, husband and wife, dog parents and now we are wanting to start a family of our own. We knew it would be hard but we didn’t realize how difficult the process of fertility treatments and IVF would be emotionally and financially. If you know Ryan, he is always willing to help anyone in need and not ask for anything in return.
We are starting this fundraiser as we have exhausted all of our financial options.
We are so grateful for our friends and family for being so supportive in this journey as well! Any donations are greatly appreciated.
